What is your lowest price guarantee?
We offer the lowest price guarantee on our website. If you book directly through www.hotelkeur.nl, you will always get the lowest price and best terms compared to other parties.
Is the reception desk open 24 hours?
We do not have a 24/7 reception, so please let us know when you plan to check in so we can hand over the keys.
What is the cancellation policy?
For direct reservations via the website, you can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival. After this, the full room rate will be charged. Through other websites, a cancellation period of 7 days before your arrival applies.
How much does breakfast cost?
For direct bookings, breakfast costs €15 per person per breakfast. If booked through an agent, the cost is €20 per person per breakfast.
Payments
What payment methods does the hotel accept?
You can pay on arrival by debit card, VISA/Mastercard or cash. Of course, it is also possible to pay in advance if you book via the website.
What are the payment conditions when making a reservation for an apartment?
When you book the apartment we will charge 50% of the total amount of your stay to guarantee your reservation. You can cancel free of charge till 3 weeks before the arrival date. At that time we will charge the remaining 50%. After that, this reservation then can not be changed of cancelled free of charge anymore.
What is the tourist tax?
This surcharge is paid by each hotel to the municipality of Zandvoort to cover the costs to keep the village an attractive place for the future.
Arrival
What time is check-in?
Our check-in is from 3 pm to 6 pm. Should you arrive earlier than 3 pm (and after 10.30 am), that's not a problem. We will check you in then and you can leave your luggage if the room is not ready yet. If the room is already ready, then you will be able to get in earlier for free. Should you arrive later than 6 pm, please let us know so we can keep holding the room for you.

How do I reach the hotel using public transportation?
Hotel Keur is easily accessible by train, our hotel is just 1 minute away from Zandvoort station. From Amsterdam Central Station, a train rides to Zandvoort every half hour (and every 15 minutes in summer), this train journey takes 30 minutes. A train from Schiphol Airport to Zandvoort takes 45 minutes. You can easily plan your trip to Hotel Keur on 9292.nl/en.

During your stay
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Smoking is prohibited within the hotel premises; however, it is permitted on the terrace, balcony, and in the garden. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards the use or possession of all types of drugs.
Are animals welcome in the hotel?
Although we are fond of animals, we recognise that opinions vary, and as such, we regret to inform you that animals are not permitted within our hotel or apartments.
What kind of breakfast do you offer? And what time is it served?
We serve an extensive breakfast buffet with a variety of breads, cheeses and meat products. We also offer a wide range of options for our yogurt lovers. Gluten-free bread is available upon request. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.
Is there daily cleaning in the apartments?
We provided all the apartments with a vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials. If you stay longer than 8 nights, there will be a linen change in the middle of your stay. When you wish a deep clean sooner or more often, this is possible with an extra cleaning fee of €60,- per cleaning.
Departure
What time is check-out and is a late check-out also possible?
Our check-out time is from 07:30 am to 11:00 am at the latest. Unfortunately, it is not possible to check-out late.
Is it possible to leave my luggage for a few hours after check-out?
After checking out, you can store your luggage with us free of charge. That way, you can still make the most of your time in Zandvoort.
What do I need to do when checking out of an apartment?
We hope you had a pleasant stay with us and hopefully we can welcome you back again. We would like to ask you to collect all your garbage and put it together so our housekeeping can start cleaning right away. Please also make sure that all the dishes and cutlery are clean in the cupboard.
